Do you provide physical workspace (offices, labs)?
Yes. Our headquarters features coworking spaces, meeting rooms, prototyping labs, and top-tier infrastructure for your team to work collaboratively and efficiently. Access is included for the duration of the program.
Do you provide legal, accounting, or intellectual property advisory?
Absolutely. We understand these aspects are critical. We have partnerships with law firms and accounting agencies specialized in startups that provide initial advisory and services at preferential rates, assisting you with company incorporation, trademark or patent protection, and financial structuring.
Do you have follow-up programs after graduation?
Yes, our commitment is long-term. Graduated projects join our CEM Alumni Network, which includes ongoing access to occasional mentorship, invitations to networking events, and the possibility to apply to subsequent investment rounds specific to alumni.
Do you offer access to software, tools, or service discounts?
Yes. Through our partnerships with major technology companies, you receive significant credits and discounts on essential services like cloud hosting (AWS Activate, Google for Startups), design tools, productivity suites, CRM, and digital marketing platforms.
Mentorship and Network
Who are the mentors and what is their experience?
Our mentor network is comprised of successful founders, high-level executives, experienced investors, and technical experts in areas like tech, biotech, retail, and more. They have all been through the process of building, scaling, and/or financing companies and share a commitment to giving back to the entrepreneurial community. How are mentors assigned to each project?
The process is meticulous. After a deep analysis of your startup, we assign you a lead mentor whose experience perfectly aligns with your industry, stage, and specific challenges. Additionally, you will have access to sessions with specialist mentors in specific areas (e.g., a finance expert for your model, another for growth marketing).
Can I choose or change my mentor?
We encourage constant feedback. While we make the initial assignment to optimize compatibility, there is always flexibility. We promote open feedback and, if necessary, we can make re-assignments to ensure the mentor-mentee relationship is as productive as possible.
Do you have connections with angel investors, venture capital, or funds?
Yes, this is one of our key strengths. We maintain solid relationships with a broad network of Venture Capital funds, angel investors, family offices, and international accelerators. Your journey at CEM culminates in a Demo Day, an event where you will present your project to this select audience to raise capital.
Do you organize networking events with industry leaders or potential clients?
Absolutely. We regularly organize networking events, workshops with industry leaders, and connection sessions with corporations that could be potential clients or strategic partners for your startup. The idea is for you to leave the program not only with funding but also with clients and alliances.
